We’ve been in the business for a while……

The Komoto Group is a real estate management company based in London. Since 1986, we have been building, operating, and letting residential, commercial, and industrial properties across London and the Midlands. Our mission focuses on our tenants.

We aim to provide excellent furnished units with the care and support of our in-house management team available at short notice. We are proud of our longstanding relationships with returning customers, many of whom have remained loyal customers over the years. Our past clients not only include working professionals and families, but also restaurants, café’s, healthcare providers, and more.

Where do we operate?

We currently have a mixed portfolio of properties (residential, commercial, industrial) of over 150 units spread across the heart of London (Canary Wharf, Earl’s Court, St. John’s Wood, Greenwich), and the Midlands.

Our Team

Our in-house team consists of 15 staff members based in our offices in Central London and the East End. The Komoto Group consists of highly skilled and professional operations, accounting and marketing teams to ensure our properties are maintained to the highest standard to guarantee our clients are satisfied with their space, whether residential, commercial or industrial.
